The on-site staff is employed by Pentad, not the client, so Pentad handles payroll, payroll related costs, benefits, vacation, and all the details of the employee/employer relationship, leaving our client with an easily managed and budgeted accounts payable function.
Pentad is not a temporary solution. Our employees are regular employees of Pentad.
