
Pentad’s President, Frank Vucolo founded Pentad in 1996 as an alternative staffing solution for companies interested in “insourcing” non-core support services. Over the years, as the business has grown, Frank has continued this client centric mission and expanded Pentad’s services to include a more full line of third party employment and direct hire solutions.
Before starting Pentad, Frank held the position of Regional Vice President for McLane Associates providing managed support services for clients such as Bellcore and McGraw-Hill. Earlier, in various leadership roles with DHL Airways, Frank ultimately opened and managed the international air courier’s presence at Westchester County Airport, servicing Westchester, Rockland and Fairfield counties; growing it to the 9th largest DHL operation in the U.S., Frank started his career in transportation with Wilson Freight Company and Jaynes Motor Freight.
He holds a CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) designation from the American Staffing Association and is a member of SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management.
Frank is an avid woodworker and enjoys studying, designing and building period furniture. He is currently President of the Central Jersey Woodworker’s Association and active in SAPFM – The Society of American Period Furniture Makers.

Vicki is Director of Client Services at Pentad. She is a leading recruiting expert in global emerging technologies, specifically the engineering and scientific sectors. Vicki has over 15 years of specialty recruiting experience and currently manages our team of professional recruiters.
Before joining Pentad, Vicki was a National Sales Manager for Peterson’s Guides where she was responsible for the execution of sales for multimedia and print products. Earlier, she worked in publishing sales and management for companies such as the Pearson Group and Rank Films. Vicki began her career working for Vogue Magazine, part of the Conde Nast organization.
She holds a CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) designation from the American Staffing Association and is a member of SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management. Vicki also belongs to several professional organizations where she continues her efforts to be a leader within the recruiting industry.
Vicki loves to learn and help make her clients lives easier and more productive. She enjoys family and friends, especially her wonderful husband and daughter. Vicki adores walking her golden retriever and relaxes by cooking. She likes traveling and being creative with her songs and poetry.

Eileen is the Director of Finance and Administration at Pentad. She is an instrumental part of all aspects of Operations with an extensive background in IT and HR Administration.
Prior to joining Pentad, Eileen worked at Joseph E. Seagram & Sons for over ten years in roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she was an IT Project Leader responsible for the brand planning and financial management reporting system within the United States and Canada.
Previously, Eileen implemented sales and marketing systems across multiple organizational levels. She has taught training classes to computer users of various skill levels and co-owned and operated O’Rourke’s Specialty Coffee, a retail business that also offered mail order and corporate gift programs.
Eileen received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and can be found at her sons’ sporting events on weekends.

Dana Hyland George is a Marketing Coordinator at Pentad. She is responsible for marketing initiatives, brand awareness, our website presence and social media campaigns. Dana has over 11 years experience in all aspects of marketing communications, public relations and event planning. Prior to working with Pentad, Dana planned small to mid-sized onsite and offsite events for the private academic institution, The Institute for Advanced Study. She was also a Recognition Event Specialist for MetLife where she provided project management support and organized planning logistics for recognition conferences throughout the US. Earlier, she served as the Director of Communications and Design for The Children’s Home Society of New Jersey, a nonprofit child welfare agency. In this role, she crafted consistent branded communications, designed mass produced publications, planned small and large scale special events and launched a newly redesigned website.
Dana is passionate about the creative process, is an avid reader and enjoys writing. She also loves cooking and spending quality time with her family, especially her husband and son. Dana received her Bachelor of Arts from Rider University.
