The positions available through Pentad are full-time regular positions at competitive wages and with generous benefit packages.

By the nature of our services, positions become available in one of two ways:

If we are conducting a search for a client, and if you are the successful candidate, you will be hired directly by that client and receive your wages and benefits from our client. Obviously, benefit and compensation packages will vary by company, but, in general, companies who engage search firms tend to have sophisticated and generous compensation and benefit plans.

If we are providing contingency staffing solutions for a client, you will be hired directly by Pentad to work on-site with our client. In this case, if you are the successful candidate, you would receive your wages from Pentad and become eligible for the Pentad benefit package which includes:

On occasion, we may offer positions that are Part-Time or for a temporary period of time and therefore do not qualify for some benefits. If this is the case, this status will be noted in the text advertising the position. Additionally, if we contact you in response to your application for such a position, we will fully disclose the nature of the assignment.
