A Senior Account Executive is assigned to the client. He or she works closely with our internal recruiters. We know that in order to be successful we need to find candidates who not only fit the position requirements, but also fit into your team. After thoroughly understanding the requirements, Pentad will market the opening through various sources. Our search is much broader than the databases used by most of our competitors. Rather than reaching out to registered candidates who may or may not be interested in and qualified for the position, we draw highly interested candidates to the position by marketing it. While the difference seems subtle, the truth is that our process exposes top level candidates who were never ‘registered’ or who long ago stopped responding to emails and phone calls from misguided recruiters. By using a process that draws interested candidates to the open position, we give ourselves a much better chance of identifying excellent candidates. Of course this is harder to do and costs more, but the results are better – and that is what our clients expect. Once we have sourced a first list of candidates – usually numbering in the dozens – we begin the hard work of qualifying, screening, testing and interviewing candidates. Our candidates are interviewed twice – once on the phone and once in person before they are considered for presentation to our client. If they pass, our clients receive a formal candidate presentation explaining why we feel this particular candidate is superbly qualified for the position. If the client agrees, Pentad handles scheduling interviews between the client and the candidate; we assist in offer strategy with the client; we can handle salary negotiations on our client’s behalf; Pentad even conducts a background, reference and criminal history check as a last step in the process.
