ValueSearch

In response to customer demand for an economical approach to staffing more entry-level and support positions (generally in the $30k – $50k range,) Pentad has introduced ValueSearch.

The ValueSearch option shares many of the processes outlined in the Full Service Contingency Search. We still take the time to know the client’s culture and needs; we still do the hard work of sourcing candidates from a broad universe; and we qualify, screen and interview all candidates prior to presentation. The primary differences are that, while the search is overseen by a Sr. Account Executive, the process is performed by one of our staff recruiters. We do not perform a face-to-face interview with every candidate. Rather we follow up our telephone screen with a more comprehensive telephone interview. We also perform a more abbreviated background check, but make our standard package available at an added cost.
